Use a chartstring for internal vendors, e.g. the Dartmouth Computer Store or poster printing at Baker-Berry Library. This allows internal vendors to bill our account directly.
We currently have 2 chartstrings, for the lab startup fund and the R01. For most purposes, you will use the lab startup fund string, but you can confirm which chartstring to use with Meghan. You can find both strings in our lab’s LastPass vault.
Please send the business purpose and receipt (for each purchase over $75) to Lisa, as you would for a p-card purchase.
