In general, it should not be necessary to use your personal payment card for lab purchases. However, if you do use your card and need to be reimbursed, here’s how:

Students & Visitors

• Complete the Payment Request eForm for Students or Other

• Need to itemize expenses? Use this handy Business/Travel Itemization Template and attach it to the Payment Request eForm

EMPLOYEES

If you are a lab manager submitting a reimbursement request for yourself or Meghan:

• (Recommended) Complete the Expense Report Request eForm to submit to have your iExpense Expense Report prepared by your Finance Center.

• Alternatively, submit the iExpense Expense Report directly in iExpense, listing Daniel Clingenpeel as the approver. You can find step-by-step directions on how to do this here.
